1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
✅ Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.
❌ Sale or clearance items.
❌ Used, damaged, or altered products.
❌ Perishable goods such as plants and flowers (unless damaged on arrival).

How to Return
1️⃣ Email us at support@ashiyanastore.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories/manuals (if any).
3️⃣ We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


2. Refund Policy

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

4. Exchanges
