Damage Replacement Policy
If the plant arrives damaged due to transit, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Unboxing video (from opening the sealed package)
Clear photos of the damaged plant
Photos of the outer package and shipping label
Order ID
Replacement requests without an unboxing video or where damage appears to be caused after delivery or due to improper handling may not be eligible for replacement. All claims are subject to verification by our support team.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
