3. How to Return

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

📦 Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Step 3: Ship the Return

🚚 We will provide a return shipping label. Print and affix the label to the package, then drop it off at your nearest shipping facility.

4. Refunds

💳 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

🔄 To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
