Return Policy

At ASHIYANA STORE, we strive to provide our customers with the best botanical wonders and ensure their satisfaction. While we do not currently offer a return policy, we do understand that sometimes a product may arrive damaged. In such cases, we are happy to provide a replacement without the need for returning the plant.

If you receive a damaged product, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged plant, making sure the stickers with the plant name, damaged parts, and ASHIYANA STORE stickers are clearly visible in a single photo.
  2. Email the photos to within 24 hours of delivery. If you are unable to capture all the necessary details in one photo, you may send us a video capturing all the required information (not exceeding 20 seconds).

Our team at ASHIYANA STORE will carefully review the photos or videos provided to determine if the case qualifies for a replacement or refund. Please note that we deal with perishable items, so torn leaves, dead flowers, and withered leaves will not be considered for replacement.

If your case qualifies for a replacement, we will prioritize providing you with a new plant. In the rare event that you receive a replacement in a damaged or dried condition, we will initiate a refund accordingly.

The refund process may take up to 5 working days to reflect back into the account used for payment. If you made the payment through UPI, the refund amount will be credited to the default account settings in your UPI ID.
