Return Policy for Ashiyana Store

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Products that have been used or altered.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Support@ashiyanastore.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Shipping the Return: We will provide a return shipping label. Print the label and affix it to the package. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  • We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
