Refund policy

At ASHIYANA STORE, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality plants and products. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or dead plant, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Procedure for Replacement or Refund:

If you receive a damaged plant, please follow these steps to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged plant, making sure that the stickers with the plant name, damaged parts, and ASHIYANA STORE stickers are clearly visible in a single photo.
  2. Email the photos to Support@ashiyanastore.com within 24 hours of receiving the plant. If you are unable to capture all the necessary details in one photo, you can send us a video capturing all the required information (not exceeding 20 seconds).
  3. Our team will carefully review the photos or video to determine if the case qualifies for a replacement or refund.
  4. If the case qualifies for a replacement, we will prioritize providing you with a new plant. In the unlikely event that the replacement plant is also damaged or dried, we will initiate a refund.
  5. The refund process may take up to 5 working days to reflect back into the account used for payment. If the payment was made through UPI, the refund amount will be credited to the default account settings in your UPI ID.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please write an email to Support@ashiyanastore.com or call us at 7398224683 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Shipping:

Orders are shipped within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation. We use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post for delivery. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order is dispatched from our facility.

Delivery Time:

Usually, it takes around 10-15 business days for an order to be delivered. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. We take the time to carefully pot the plants before dispatching them to ensure their safety during transit.

Return:

Currently, ASHIYANA STORE does not offer a return policy. In the case of a damaged product, a replacement will be provided without the need to return the plant.

Hidden Charges:

There are no hidden charges. All prices mentioned on our website include all taxes and VAT. Delivery charges may be additional depending on the number of products purchased.

Tracking Your Order:

We will send you an email with the shipment details to help you track your order. You will also receive an SMS with the consignment number and a link to track your order status.
