Q1: Are the plants suitable for the Indian climate?
Yes, all plants listed on Ashiyana Store are hand-picked and grown to suit the Indian climate. We focus on varieties that can adapt well to local conditions.

Q2: Will the plant look exactly like the picture?
We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions. However, as live plants are natural, slight variations in size, color, and shape may occur.


🚚 Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Q3: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver all across India through our trusted courier partners.

Q4: How long does delivery take?

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express shipping (selected locations): 2–4 business days
    Delays may happen due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

Q5: How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are processed securely.

Q7: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer COD. Orders are prepaid for smooth and reliable shipping.

Q8: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@ashiyanastore.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Q9: Can I return or exchange a plant?
Live plants are perishable, so we only accept returns if the plant is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.

Q10: How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


🌿 Plant Care

Q11: Do the plants come with care instructions?
Yes, we provide basic care instructions on our product pages and in your order confirmation. You can also find general care tips on our blog.

Q12: What if my plant looks stressed after delivery?
It is normal for live plants to look slightly stressed due to transit. Place them in indirect sunlight, water lightly, and allow them to adjust. Most plants recover within a few days.
