All orders are shipped within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation. We work with registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your plants.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order confirmation. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete, as it cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

Delivery Time:

Typically, it takes around 10-15 business days for your order to be delivered. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. We take the time to carefully pot your plants before dispatching them, ensuring their protection and minimizing the risk of damage or wilting during transit.

Returns and Pick-up:

In the rare event that your plant is damaged during transit, there is no need to return it. Simply inform us of the damage, and we will provide you with a replacement plant or a refund, as per our refund policy.

Rest assured, there are no hidden charges when you make a purchase from ASHIYANA STORE. All prices listed on our website include all applicable taxes and VAT. Please note that delivery charges may be extra, depending on the number of products purchased.

Order Tracking:

We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details of your shipment. You will also receive an SMS with the consignment number and a link to track your order status.
